IHS Senior AP Art Student

Congratulations to IHS Senior AP Art Student Isabel Arreola who won 3rd Place in the Fine Arts Division at the Local Flavor Art Competition sponsored by KCSOS, the Women's Club of Bakersfield, and Kern Arts Council...Her artwork "More Than Just an Alien" is a mixed media painting with collage that fights against hate and showcases pride in the diversity, hard work, and beauty of our country's Mexican-American immigrants.
