·         All Volleyball, Tennis, Cross country and Ladies Golf team members will be taking their team pictures today after school – please see your coach for an order form.

·         Homecoming shirts are now on sale in the finance office for $10.  Please make your payments to Mrs. Moore in the Finance office ASAP

·         Student store will be open after school to sell various items – they will be open @ 1:45 on Mondays, and 2:45 on Wednesdays and Thursdays

·         The CSF Drive for Spring 2019 membership ends September 19th. You can download an application from the I.H.S. website or pick one up from the Counseling office before school, during your lunch or after school only. Don’t wait until the last date to turn yours in – the line will be long.

·         The Pre-SAT will be offered on Wednesday, October 16^th here at Independence. The price is $20. Juniors:  You may purchase your Pre-SAT at the finance office starting Today, September 16th.  Fee waivers are available for Juniors who have completed the application and qualify for free and reduced lunch. This is first come first served and we only 300 total tests. Don’t miss out.

·         Attention GSA member, please meet in the quad on Wed during lunch to help us with club fair day! Bring your rainbow gear

·         Those Art club members helping to prep for Club day, come to room 221 during lunch today, Monday, September 16th.

·         Operation Refugee Child is meeting at lunch on Tuesday in room 603. Grab your lunch first. Meeting will begin at noon.

Attention Freshmen! Can you draw, dance, act or like to help out and make new friends? Come to our first freshmen homecoming meeting on Tuesday in room 604
