· The Pink Out Game for Volleyball is tonight vs Golden Valley – games are at 4:00, 5:00, and 6:15 pm – get your pink ready and come support your fellow Falcons.
· Tennis today vs BCHS – varsity @ home and JV @ BCHS -matches start @ 3:30 pm
· Boys soccer conditioning Today @ 4pm
· Girls Soccer starts Wednesday 10/16 @ 4pm
· Mandatory conditioning for girls basketball has begun. If you plan on playing this year you must attend conditioning. To participate you must be cleared by the athletics department. Conditioning will be Monday through Thursday 250pm-415pm. We will meet in P-11 each day before conditioning.

· Attention students taking the Pre-SAT tomorrow morning: Please report directly to the gym, tomorrow morning, by 7:30am. Do not go to your 1st period class. Bring a number 2 pencil, school photo ID, and an acceptable calculator. Check your PreSAT Student Guide for details on acceptable calculators and test preparation.
· This week is “Pink Out” week – We will wear pink everyday to bring awareness to Breast cancer, and show our support for survivors. There will be lunch time activities throughout the week.
· Pink out shirts are here and can be picked up from the activities office during lunch. If you still want to buy one, stop by the table in the quad during lunch. There is a limited number available.
· Any student who will be taking an AP test this year you only have a few more day to put in your deposit to avoid a late fee. See Mrs Moore in the finance office with questions.
· Grand Canyon University will be on campus Thursday October 24th during 4th period. If you would like to attend the presentation please come to the Career Center to sign-up.
· The Finance Office will be closed on October 17th, 18th, 21st and 25th. Please plan accordingly.
· The Drama Club will be hosting a Halloween movie night on Thursday, October 24 at 6pm in the PAC. Wear your coziest pjs to watch "The Nightmare Before Christmas!" Admission is free - all snacks sold will go to the Drama Club.
· If you are interested, or have considered attending a Christian University, this is an opportunity for you! Bakersfield Christian High School is holding their annual Christian College Fair this Wednesday night, October 16th from 6-8 pm at BCHS. It is completely free of charge.

· Drama club will meet this Wednesday, October 16, at lunch in Room 323. Come prepared to play games and have fun!

Come to room 617 on Wednesday during lunch and join us as we will be having our FIRST GUEST SPEAKER OF THE YEAR! The guest speaker is Angel Almendarez A.K.A Paco! Come to room 617 at lunch on Wednesday!

· Can you Sing, Dance, Act, perform Magic, then you are a Falcon with Talent. There will be a Falcons got Talent meeting next Tuesday in Portable 2 during lunch. Stop by if you are interested in participating in this years talent show.
