Sports……
• JV and Varsity football @ Ridgeview Tonight JV @ 5 pm and Varsity @ 7:30pm
• The I.H.S. Marching Band & Colorguard have a competition tomorrow @ Centennial HS – performance time is 8:00 pm – come out and support your fellow falcons
• Congratulations to the cross country teams for their performances yesterday in Fresno. All three women's teams finished 2nd in their races behind very strong performances by Elena Baltazar, Tori Suarez, Hailee Julius, Alicia Muralles, Sidney Muralles, and Ava Steward. The JV was led by Nisha Thomas, and the top FS finisher was Jimena Rocha. The JV Boys team was the overall champion with individual champion Frank Aquino, followed by Esteban Cox and Cristian Gallindo Salazar finishing 1, 2, 3. Josh Bell finished 6th, and Jaxon Willard 11th for the JV Boys. Junior Anthony Gonzalez led the Varsity to an 8th place finish against some of the top teams in the valley. Way to go runners!
Announcements…..
• Spanish Club will be face painting in the quad for Day of the Dead! Get your face painted during lunch!
• Attention Seniors: If you are planning on going to gradnite, stop by the activities office and pick up your permission slip. There are only 100 tickets left. Tickets are currently $125, that price will increase after Thanksgiving Break so get yours now.
• Seniors! Join the Yearbook Senior Classroom using the code that is posted in your English class – you can send us your Senior Quotes, Social Media names and Senior Favorite votes! Deadline TODAY
• If you purchased a senior package or back to school package in August, your second payment is due by TODAY. If you have any questions see Mrs. Moore in the finance office..
• Dont forget we are collecting socks to donate to the homeless shelter in your 2nd period. Winning class gets a donut party and seniors get 1 hour of community service for each pack of socks
• Are you interested in touring UC Irvine and Vanguard University December 10th? We have about 15 spots left for the college club trip. It costs $35 to the finance office and bring the receipt to 1103.
• Fresno Pacific University will be on campus Friday November 1st. If you would like to here more about the university sign-up in the Career Center.
• Remember Falcons Got Talent participants, we have rehearsal on Monday @ 1:45 in the PAC

• Maroon Goon Meeting on Monday November 4th at 11:20 in Miss Stout's Rm 819. We will be discussing upcoming community service opportunities.
