Daily Bulletin: 9/17/21

Good morning, Falcons! Happy Friday - hope you’re wearing your IHS colors - we’ll be out at lunch handing out candy to those of you wearing maroon or gray!  Congratulations to our amazing volleyball teams for another winning performance last night.  And our Frosh/Soph football team fought hard against Frontier - it was an awesome game!  

Your English teachers have received order forms for picture day, which is scheduled for next Thursday.  Each student in grades 9-11 will need their picture taken for the yearbook, even if you’re not purchasing photos, so make sure you’re at school on the 23rd!

STUDENTS:  Do not have any type of delivery sent to you at school.  We cannot allow you to accept DoorDash, flowers or any type of delivery on campus.

Applications for CSF are being accepted until September 25th.  Please visit the IHS academic programs page or the counseling office to learn more about how to apply.

All clubs that have received ASB approval are encouraged to send an officer to the Club Council meetings next Thursday during 4th- and 5th-period lunches in P2.  We’ll be providing information about Club Fair Day and other club business.  If you haven’t yet submitted your club paperwork for this school year, please do so before Tuesday so you can be approved by ASB.

Interested in participating in the Homecoming rally performance?  Please sign up with Ms. Liz or Mrs. Heiss in the Activities Office.

We hope to see you all at the J/V and Varsity football games today!  Gates open at  4pm and 6pm and games start at 5pm and 7pm.  This is our last home game before homecoming, so come out to support our teams!!  

Next week we’ll be focusing on kindness - I think that’s something we could all use these days.  On Monday, you’ll see QR codes posted around the school - you’ll be able to complete challenges and submit proof using the codes.  The class with the most points by the end of next week will earn ice cream during lunch! Stay tuned for details about the activities we have planned.
