Good morning, Falcons!  Glad everyone got here safely in the fog! Today’s schedule will NOT be the early-out schedule, but will be the fog-delay schedule, which means school will end at 2:30.

Our varsity football team crushed it again on Friday with another win, meaning we’re advancing in the playoffs to the semi finals!  Come out to support our team this Friday as we take on Roosevelt!  If we win this one, we play in the Valley Championship! Remember, all tickets must be purchased online using the QR code you’ll find on the flyers posted on campus and on our website.

Huge shout out to our band and color guard for their amazing performances on Saturday - band won the overall sweepstakes and color guard won 2nd place overall!  Make sure to congratulate them on campus today!

Also, congratulations to our cross country teams for their amazing performances - Frosh/Soph boys were league champions, as were J/V and Varsity girls!

We’ve started collecting canned/boxed food for our annual Thanksgiving drive!  Each year IHS donates baskets of food to needy families that include canned and boxed food, plus frozen turkeys for Thanksgiving!  We’ll need items like canned corn, cranberry sauce, boxed potatoes, stuffing, and items that would work for the holidays (no tuna or sardines, please!).  Bring them to your second period class - the class that donates the most wins a donut party!  The last day to donate is Thursday, so make sure to bring everything in by then!

This Thursday is our first live talent show in two years!  Come check out our incredible singers, dancers, and musicians in Falcons Got Talent on November 18!  Ticket prices are $7 for general admission and $6 with an ASB sticker.  Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7pm.

Anime Club meets Mondays in room 911 during 4th-period lunch and in room 1012 during 5th-period lunch.

Seniors who didn’t take senior photos - InMotionPro will be on campus this Wednesday for makeups.  Location and time to be announced.

Senior shirts are available to order - grab a pink order form from the Activities Office.  The deadline for orders is this Wednesday, November 17, so don’t delay!  If you already ordered yours in the previous round, yours should be arriving within the next couple of weeks!

If you worked in the student store or at a football or volleyball game, and earned Falcon Cash in September or October, you MUST pick up your earnings no later than November 18th or risk losing them.  See Mrs. Moore in the finance office if you have any questions.

Seniors applying to CSU campuses, our LAST application workshop is November 17th.  Sign up in the counseling office before school, lunch or after school.  Deadline to apply to the CSU colleges is November 30th.

Seniors who will be attending BC or Taft College next year:  You can sign up for the BC and Taft Application workshops in the Counseling Office before school, lunch or after school.  BC will be on campus December 1st and 2nd.  Taft will be on campus December 7th and 8th.  You must attend this workshop to move to the next step in the registration process.
