Good morning, Falcons!

The Smithsonian is going big in honor of Women's History Month.  During Friday's episode of the Today show, the famous museum debuted its new #IfThenSheCan — The Exhibit, celebrating more than 100 women who have made an impact in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields.  In Washington, D.C., 120 life-size, 3D-printed statues of female trailblazers are scattered across the Smithsonian Gardens, making it the "largest collection of statues of women ever assembled," according to a release from the museum.  Each statue is paired with a QR code for visitors to learn about each woman featured.  Check out the Smithsonian website to learn more about the exhibit and the women who are represented.

If you have a story about an inspiring woman you’d like to feature, please contact Mrs. Heiss!

Today’s ASB meeting is during 7th period.  Teachers, students will check in with you first before heading to P2.

After-school tutoring for all subjects will be held in room 904 today. I repeat, after-school tutoring will be held in room 904 today.

We’re hosting a Sadie Hawkins dance this Thursday, March 17, here on campus from 3:30 - 5:30!  Tickets are available in the finance office for $3 with an ASB sticker or $5 without an ASB sticker.  Remember, you can only visit the finance office during lunch or before/after school.  Anyone who comes during class will be sent back.  School dress code applies, but we hope to see everyone in green, gold, and rainbow!  It’s casual, so don’t come in ball gowns!  The last day to buy tickets is tomorrow during lunch!

Our final Food Sale Day will be Thursday, April 7!  Your club advisors should have received an email yesterday with the sign-up link.  Make sure your club has signed up to participate by Friday, March 25.

Have a great Tuesday, Falcons!
