Calling all artists! If you’d like to enter the Mental Health Awareness Art Contest, please submit your piece to the counseling office by TOMORROW. The artwork should demonstrate self-care and self-love/acceptance and send a message of hope. Please submit your piece on 8x11 paper.
Are you struggling with your mental health? Remember - help is available and you don’t have to suffer alone! And every Monday during lunch, a mental health provider in Kern County will be on campus in front of the Admin building to provide more information about treatment options! Also - show your support by wearing green on Thursday!
