Good morning, Falcons! Wow, your sweater is ugly! Don’t worry - you just might win a prize for it! Come out to the quad during lunch today to compete - we’ll be giving away prizes for the most ridiculous, hideous sweaters! Tomorrow, we’ll wear our favorite holiday socks!
Congratulations to our choir, orchestra, and band for their beautiful concerts this week!
Formal ticket sales will resume on Monday. The finance office will be closed today and tomorrow. More ticket information is on the IHS website, Instagram, and posted at the Finance Office and Activities Office.
If you’d like to apply for formal royalty, pick up an application in the Activities Office. The formal court is made up of all grade levels, but you must have a 2.0 GPA from Quarter 1, and your application must be approved through the deans’ office. Applications must be submitted to the deans’ office no later than Tuesday, December 20.
We’ll be collecting your donations for Dime Wars today during 7th period. Please try to have your money counted in advance so we can quickly determine the winners!
If your class is participating in the door decorating contest, we’ll be judging during 3rd period on Friday - may the best door win!
Friday is the last day to complete your school climate survey. Your opinion is needed to help make our campus a fantastic place for falcons to nest. Today's participation winners are Curtis McDonald, Joan Fierro, Mike Garcia, Kylee Wilson, and Thomas Lamb. Go see Mrs. Villasenor in room 619 to give her your shirt sizes!
Filipino Student Union is hosting a karaoke session today. Members and non-members can join in to sing songs and perform, especially to help relieve the stress of upcoming finals. Meet us in the library during lunch.
