Good morning, Falcons!
This week is School Counselor Appreciation Week! There are many things that can feel overwhelming as you go through high school - counselors can help! From walking you through the FAFSA and college applications, or helping you decide whether to apply for CTEC or ROC, your counselors will be there for you each step of the way!
February is Black History Month, so we’ll be featuring contributions from Black artists, inventors, and activists this month. This week, we’ll be featuring a musical tour of Black artists during lunch. Yesterday, we enjoyed hits from the 80s. Today, we’re focusing on the 90s - a critical era for hip-hop! Come out and enjoy the music - and bust a move if you feel so inclined!
Tonight we have two senior nights - Boys’ Basketball and Boys’ Soccer (both battling BCHS) will be honoring their senior players! All seniors get in free to the games - just show your ID at the ticket counter! Come celebrate our senior players and cheer them on!
Don’t forget - the Girls’ Basketball senior night has been rescheduled to tomorrow (Friday) at 6pm! Come out and honor our amazing Lady Falcons!
The finance office will be closed next week - please plan accordingly.
The CSF application deadline is this Friday. Pick up your application from the counseling secretary's desk.
We only have a few more weeks until our next Food Sale Day on March 2nd! Students, check with your club advisors to make sure they’ve signed up to participate! Signups are due this Friday, February 10, and all paperwork must be submitted to the Finance Office by February 23.
Interested in showing off your skills in a group or solo lip sync act? It’s getting close to Air Band auditions! Sign up using the QR code posted in the Activities Office! Auditions are on March 10!
