Good morning, Falcons! Remember, we have a 3-day weekend, so there’s no school on Monday!
February is Black History Month, so we’ll be featuring contributions from Black artists, inventors, and activists this month. This week, we’ll be featuring a musical tour of Black artists during lunch. Hope you enjoyed yesterday’s cruise through the 90s - today is dedicated to the 2000s through today! Come out and dance!
Congratulations to our boys’ and girls’ soccer teams, as well as our boys’ basketball team, for their wins yesterday! Don’t forget - the girls’ basketball senior night has been rescheduled to this evening at 6pm! Come out and honor our amazing Lady Falcons!
Next week is our Valentine’s spirit week! We’ll be handing out prizes for people who dress up each day, running fun games in the quad during lunch, and we’ll award a big prize on Friday for the student who has shown the most school spirit! Tuesday is “Wear Your Status,” so wear red if you’re taken, pink if it’s complicated, and white if you’re single! Wednesday is “Iconic Duo” day, so pair up as a famous duo - I hope to see at least one Spongebob and Patrick!
The finance office will be closed next week - please plan accordingly.
The CSF application deadline is today. Pick up your application from the counseling secretary's desk.
We only have a few more weeks until our next Food Sale Day on March 2nd! Students, check with your club advisors to make sure they’ve signed up to participate! Signups are due today, and all paperwork must be submitted to the Finance Office by February 23.
Interested in showing off your skills in a group or solo lip sync act? It’s getting close to Air Band auditions! Sign up using the QR code posted in the Activities Office! Auditions are on March 10!
