Good morning, Falcons! Yesterday marked the beginning of Women’s History Month - the theme this year is “Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories.” A great way to learn about women’s impact on history is to read their memoirs! Take advantage of our amazing library and librarian, Mrs. Whitehouse - she can definitely point you toward some great books!
Here is today's Link Crew scavenger hunt challenge! Take a video of yourself performing an act of kindness on campus (like picking up trash or helping a staff member). Reminder:
Monday's challenge was to take a photo with an art teacher.
Tuesday's challenge was to take a photo with Mr. Boos (Teacher of the Year).
Wednesday's challenge was to take a video of yourself doing a burpee or a squat.
The first 3 students to show Mrs. O’Mullan their completed challenges on Friday during lunch will receive prizes!
Food Sale Day is TODAY! We’ll have multiple food trucks, Jamba Juice, Popeye’s, KFC, Chick-Fil-A, Boba, Pocky, and more! Let’s try to stay off the mud and line up on the concrete!
Tomorrow, Friday, is the last day to pay for CSF!
We have extended our Yearbook presale until tomorrow, March 3rd. We sold out of books last year. This is your last chance to guarantee a book. Yearbooks are $95 and can be purchased in the finance office. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Trent at [email protected].
Permission slips for both Powderpuff and Ironman are available in the Activities Office. Anyone interested in participating needs to bring the signed form to the informational meeting. Powderpuff candidates will meet on Monday, March 6 in room 714 at lunch. Ironman candidates will meet tomorrow during lunch in room 807.
Unfortunately, due to a lack of sign-ups, our Air Band competition will be canceled. However, we’ll be planning something to make up for it - stay tuned for a spirit week and dance!
Have a great day, Falcons!
