Good morning, Falcons! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend!
We would like to give a big shout out to all of our talented instrumental musicians for their accomplishments last week. All 3 groups, Wind symphony, Symphonic Band and the Symphony Orchestra, received Unanimous Superior Ratings from the judges at their festivals. We are so proud of you! Great job and keep up the hard work!
Marvel Club will be meeting today at lunch in room 604 - see you there!
Next week is a SPIRIT WEEK! The freshman class is hosting a “Toy Story” spirit week, with a Sadie Hawkins dance on Thursday, March 30! Check out the IHS website and Instagram page for more information on dress-up days and activities! Tickets to the dance are $5, and can be purchased at the finance office or at the door. The dance will be in the IHS cafeteria from 4:30 - 6:30pm. Hope to see you there!
Cheer tryouts are this week in the gym after school!
If you’re playing in the Powderpuff or Ironman games, practices are this week! Powderpuff will practice in the mornings, and Ironman will practice in the evenings.
This week, classes will be competing in our annual “March Madness” door decorating competition - big thanks to Mr. Boos for organizing this! The winning classes will receive pizza or donuts!
Our fourth and last Food Sale Day is coming up the week we return from Spring Break - make sure your advisor signs up by today!
Seniors - we still have a few tickets for Grad Night available for purchase! Get yours before they sell out! Also, check out the guide for Spring Senior Activities posted on the IHS website and on the Class of 23 Instagram page!
