Good morning, Falcons!
Testing resumes today - students, if you’re scheduled for today, head directly to your testing location!
Next week is a SPIRIT WEEK! The freshman class is hosting a “Toy Story” spirit week, along with a Sadie Hawkins dance on Thursday, March 30! Check out the IHS website and Instagram page for more information on dress-up days and activities! Tickets to the dance are $5, and can be purchased at the finance office or at the door. The dance will be in the IHS cafeteria from 4:30 - 6:30pm. Hope to see you there!
Hey seniors! We’ll be having a meeting in room 604 today at lunch where we will be announcing upcoming senior activities, as well as getting a final approval for GRAD NIGHT, so come out and approve the trip! See you there!
Seniors - Friday, March 31st will be the last day the finance office will accept checks from the class of 2023. Please be prepared to pay with cash after spring break. This will include prom payments.
Cheer tryouts are this week in the gym after school!
If you’re playing in the Powderpuff or Ironman games, practices are this week! Powderpuff will practice in the mornings, and Ironman will practice in the evenings.
Now that our prom theme has been revealed (Met Gala), it’s time to start thinking about the royalty court! Juniors and seniors are eligible to run for King/Queen and Prince/Princess. Applications will be available in the Activities Office on Wednesday. Applications are due by April 21.
This week, classes will be competing in our annual “March Madness” door decorating competition - big thanks to Mr. Boos for organizing this! The winning classes will receive pizza or donuts! Judging will take place TOMORROW!!
Interested in helping make decisions for IHS? Want to be a leader on campus? Applications for the 2023-2024 ASB team will be available starting Monday, March 27! Applications and recommendations are due by April 19!
Seniors - we still have a few tickets for Grad Night available for purchase! Get yours before they sell out! Also, check out the guide for Spring Senior Activities posted on the IHS website and on the Class of 23 Instagram page!
