Good morning, Falcons!
Big thanks to everyone who’s participating in our blood drive today! You’re helping save lives! If you have turned in your permission slip(s), you’ll receive a call slip before your appointment so you can head over to the library!
We loved seeing all the band tees out on campus yesterday! Today’s dress-up day is “Dress Like Your Musical Style,” so hopefully we’ll see some pop stars, rock icons, R&B legends, and hip hop celebs! Tomorrow, dress like your favorite high school stereotype (jock, nerd, prepster, etc.), and wear your class colors on Thursday for our rally - seniors are blue, juniors are pink, sophomores are black, and freshmen are red!
Prom tickets are going fast! There are fewer than 60 tickets left - and guest spots are completely sold out! Check out the pricing schedule on the IHS website and IHS Falcons Instagram - remember, the finance office is open only before school and during lunch, except for one hour after school on Mondays. Dance contracts are available in the Activities Office.
Congratulations to seniors Elena Baltazar and Tiana Grady, who were honored yesterday for signing with the prestigious Cal Lutheran and Elmhurst universities as student athletes!
Seniors, if you’d like to try out to speak at graduation, please meet Mrs. Heiss in the Activities Office after school tomorrow!
Juniors and seniors! Your English teachers have a link to vote for the Prom Princess and Prom Queen finalists! Voting closes today after school!
Juniors - if you’d like to apply to be a “Flower Girl” for graduation, please find applications in the Activities Office. Flower girls act as the “honor guard” for the ceremony, and it’s a great opportunity to add to your resume!
Tomorrow (Wednesday) is Administrative Professionals Day, so if you happen to see any of our school secretaries, make sure to let them know how much you appreciate them!
