Back to School night is Monday, August 26th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. This is a great opportunity for your parents/guardians to meet your teachers.
Providing Opportunities for Development, Empowerment and Resilience (PODER) will meet in room 602 on Wednesday, August 21st during lunch.
Freshmen! If you’re interested in making decisions for our school, helping with rallies, and planning dances, please consider applying for ASB! We are looking for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Class Representative. There will be a mandatory meeting in room P9 for all applicants during lunch on August 22nd. See Ms. O’Mullan in Activities for more information! Application information can be found on the IHS website.
Ms. Sherrill would like to give a huge shout out to Johnson and the Class of 2025 officers for organizing a fun and memorable Senior Sunrise! Johnson, Brianna, Salvador, Gavin, Ramon, Lizabeth, Vaughn, Moriah, Katherine, Ian, Kelsey, Olivia, and many others that came together to make this annual back-to-school event a success. The behind-the-scenes work often goes unnoticed, but it's those small efforts that have the biggest impact!

This week, we'll be testing your knowledge of RISE! If you can identify the meaning of each letter, find an ASB or Link Crew student during lunch and win some candy!
Attention all students: Tomorrow, Wednesday August 21st will be the last day to request a schedule change. Please put in a request to see your counselor or come see them before school or during lunch.
The administration will be opening and closing classes as well as balancing class sizes during this week. Please be prepared for a possible schedule change from that.
If you are interested in joining this years Boys and Girls Wrestling teams, there will be a meeting this Wednesday during lunch in the Wrestling room located at the Gymnasium.
