Independence Senior Class of 2027,
Joe Pro Media has been selected to be the exclusive senior yearbook photographer at Independence High School for the 2026-2027 school year! Joe Pro Media must photograph all seniors from the Class of 2027 wishing to have their portrait appear in the 2027 yearbook. There are no charges to have a yearbook photo taken (one to two poses) nor are you required to make a purchase.
We are excited to offer something new this year to our seniors, as Joe Pro Media will be on our campus for “Senior Picture Week” from Wednesday, July 29 thru Friday, July 31 from 9am-3pm to photograph our seniors! This will ensure the inclusion of your portrait in the yearbook.
Joe Pro Media was selected because of the high quality of their work, the convenient option of seniors coming to our campus for photos, and their ability to assist the yearbook staff in the production of the yearbook. Their senior portrait pricing is very competitive compared to other senior photographers in our District.
Joe Pro Media will be offering three options during “Senior Picture Week”: the free yearbook photo, simple session, and deluxe session (see their website www.joepromedia.com & QR code for details, sitting fees, and to schedule your appointment).
Please find the attached information from Joe Pro Media with session information to schedule your appointment. Please respond as soon as possible! Portraits are to be taken during the summer break to meet deadlines set by the yearbook printer.
Please remember that the senior yearbook photograph should reflect your personality and you will have several images to choose from. However, you will not have the option of including a portrait in the yearbook if you do not follow school dress code, including the following. No T-shirts, baseball hats, or sunglasses. Ladies – no strapless, low cut, midriff or see through tops, and no visible undergarments. Gentlemen – please wear a collared shirt. Please dress to impress!
