Greetings, Falcon Families!
This week begins our Homecoming festivities. We will be having our first dress up days throughout the week and our first school-wide rally on Friday, 9/13/24. The dress up days are as follows:
Monday - Sunglasses Day (wear your favorite shades)
Tuesday - Beach Day (remember no bathing suits)
Wednesday - Shimmer n' Shine (wear shimmery clothing)
Thursday - Pack your bags (anything but a backpack)
Friday - Wear your class color (Freshman-Neon Pink, Sophomores-Purple, Juniors-Turquoise, Seniors-Red)
The Homecoming Dance is on Saturday, 9/14 in our Quad from 6pm-9pm. The theme is Miami Nights. Tickets have been on sale for the past two weeks. Students need to complete a Dance contract before purchasing their tickets. Dance contracts can be obtained in the Activities Office during school hours.
Our counselors will be hosting parent informational sessions for each grade over the next few weeks. More information will be shared soon.
Another group busy on campus besides our fall athletes and performers is our FFA program - students will be responsible for managing their booths/exhibits throughout the fair’s duration, so please stop by and admire their hard work!
Please remember to complete the “Alternative Income Form,” sometimes referred to as a “lunch application.” By completing this simple online form, you can help IHS maintain funding we depend on for critical student resources.
